Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to own packaging, validation, and release for Office client software across a global desktop estate. This hands-on role builds the test and deployment pipeline, defines ring strategies, and serves as the technical escalation point with Microsoft.

You will automate deployment, testing, monitoring, and operations, while partnering with security and infrastructure teams to ensure readiness and compliance with data sensitivity requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 deployment, servicing, configuration, and support.
• Proficiency with MECM/SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management technologies.
• Experience with release governance, validation, and rollback planning.
• Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across endpoints and infrastructure.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted recommendations for security and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering, deployment, patching, validation, and support of Office 365 Apps across enterprise desktop environments.
• Lead release planning and execution using pilot groups, deployment rings, quality gates, and rollback procedures.
• Automate deployment, testing, monitoring, and operational processes using scripting and infrastructure tools.
• Troubleshoot complex application and endpoint issues using logs, telemetry, and root-cause analysis.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for software releases, infrastructure incidents, and vendor support engagements.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation, validating outputs and handling operational data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
• Partner with application, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compatibility, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Applies reuse-first, AI-assisted practices within delivery and automation routines to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options, ensuring changes are traceable/auditable and aligned to resiliency and security expectations.
