Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Senior Corporate Development Associate to build and advance a pipeline of vertical‑market software investment opportunities. You will identify and assess prospective investments, build trusted relationships with founders and senior executives, and partner with the M&A execution team through evaluation, offers, and closing.

This highly autonomous role reports to the Portfolio Leader and is based in the United States or Canada, with travel to meet targets alongside

Qualifications

5+ years of corporate development/private equity/investment banking/strategic acquisitions experience.
Demonstrated success sourcing, qualifying, and advancing acquisition opportunities.
Experience engaging with founders, owners, and senior executives.
Ability to understand vertical‑market software businesses and their markets.
Clear point of view on applying AI to research, sourcing, and workflow.
Intellectual curiosity, initiative, sound judgment, and clear communication.
Willingness to travel within the United States and Canada.
