Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, or related fields.
• Proven ability to identify and advance acquisition opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building with founders and senior leaders.
• Understanding of vertical‑market software markets.
• Ability to apply AI insights to research and sourcing.
