Job summary

RevStar Consulting Inc is seeking a senior Software Development Lead (Player-Coach) to set technical standards and contribute hands-on code across client engagements. You will govern architectures using ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS, while driving AI adoption and creating reusable accelerators.

You will mentor engineers, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA to ensure alignment with business outcomes in a remote-first, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of driving technical standards across multiple delivery teams.
• Master-level expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS (APIs, asynchronous systems), and cloud-native AWS architectures.
• Proven ability to influence without authority, mentor senior engineers, and communicate complex technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering (or equivalent experience); active AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect or Developer) are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Governance: lead by example, write production code, and set standards across engagements.
• Engineering Accelerators: build internal assets, reference architectures, and reusable components; drive AI adoption.
• Developer Enablement: design training; collaborate with PMs, DevOps, and QA to align solutions with product goals.
