Job summary

BLEN is seeking Senior Software Developers to lead full-stack JavaScript teams, shaping development strategy and delivering robust digital solutions. You will guide projects from conception to implementation, collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript to meet client goals.

You will mentor engineers, participate in interviews, and drive AI-enabled features while aligning with security and performance standards across cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of professional JavaScript/TypeScript development across the full stack.
• Strong experience with React or Next.js for modern front-end development.
• Proficiency with Node.js and server-side frameworks (Express/Fastify).
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (US).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategy across projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack JavaScript solutions.
• Guide adoption of AI-powered tools and modern architectures (React, Next.js, Node.js, TS).
