RevStar Consulting Inc is seeking a senior Software Development Lead (Player-Coach) to raise the quality bar across delivery teams. You will contribute production code, govern architecture, and drive reusable accelerators while mentoring engineers and enforcing modern standards in ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS cloud-native systems.

Remote-first with US-based team emphasis; requires 7+ years of hands-on work and strong leadership to align with product goals and emerging cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering with track record of driving technical standards
• Master-level expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS cloud-native architectures
• Ability to influence without authority, mentor senior engineers, and communicate trade-offs
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering; AWS Certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through high-quality production code, code reviews, and architectural governance across client engagements
• Develop internal accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable components; drive AI adoption for velocity and profitability
• Design and deliver developer training on ReactJS/NodeJS, event-driven microservices, and AWS; enable cross-functional collaboration
