Job summary

Vantor seeks a Senior Software Lead and Integration Manager to evaluate software solutions for national defense. You will lead a cross-functional team, design and test software, and implement end-to-end solutions across the stack, including RF and space weather concepts.

You will mentor engineers and scientists, communicate complex ideas to stakeholders, and drive alignment between objectives and development efforts in a mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF, electromagnetic spectrum, or space weather concepts.
• Proficient in full-stack development and software design.
• Ability to read and program in Python, JavaScript, or C/C++, plus frameworks like React/Angular/REST/GraphQL.
• Experience leading highly technical teams and coordinating across disciplines.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, CS, E&E, or Mathematics; STEM background required.
