Job summary

Vantor seeks a Senior Software Lead and Integration Manager at Colorado Springs (Peterson AFB) to evaluate RF/space weather based software solutions. You will lead a cross-functional team, review code across the stack, mentor staff, and translate scientific needs into scalable software.

Strong communication and leadership are essential. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance, a STEM degree, and hands-on full-stack development experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF, electromagnetics, or space weather concepts.
• Experience with full-stack development and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read and program in Python, JavaScript, or C/C++.
• Clearance: Top Secret/SCI eligibility & U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities
