Job summary

Teradyne's Defense & Aerospace Division is seeking a senior software engineer to lead development of software interfacing with low-level hardware of ATE systems. You will drive projects across departments, define requirements, and contribute to releases with hardware/firmware teams.

Ideal candidates have deep C/C++, C#, and Visual Studio experience, with hands-on work in the full SDLC and cross-functional collaboration. North Reading, MA-based role with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software development.
Proficient in C/C++ and C# with focus on drivers and interfaces.
Familiar with Azure DevOps, MS 365, and Visual Studio.
Experience across the full software development cycle from requirements to testing.
Proficient with hardware-facing software and debugging
Excellent written, verbal and cross-team communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of software projects.
Define software requirements with cross-functional teams and align with business goals.
Develop software drivers and assist with release cycles.
Debug driver modules with hardware and firmware teams.
