• Determine staffing levels for new product introductions and production tests.
• Balance in-house vs outsourced staffing to meet project needs.
• Direct engineers in developing test processes for analog/digital/optical equipment.
• Review test strategies for feasibility and completeness; ensure schedules stay on time.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, and programs across lifecycle stages.
