Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Required)
• 7+ years in IT with large-scale systems
• 2-4 years of management experience leading programming staff for multiple large projects
• 10+ years overall IT experience (Preferred)
• Experience in telecom or high-volume tech environments (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software development teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Define and implement continuous improvement initiatives across technical disciplines
• Oversee vendor relationships and feature requests
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps with design and enterprise architecture teams
• Recruit and onboard managers and developers to strengthen capabilities
• Lead delivery for SIM management, number management and porting initiatives
• Provide leadership across cloud-native environments (Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools
