Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience (Required)
• Acceptable area of study includes Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
• 7-10 years experience developing large-scale business systems applications (Preferred)
• 2-4 years management experience coordinating development for multiple large projects (Preferred)
• More than 10 years overall IT experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software development teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, including distributed onshore and offshore Scrum teams.
• Define and implement continuous improvement initiatives across technical disciplines, tooling, compliance, and delivery guardrails.
• Oversee vendor relationships to incorporate feature requests and enhance product functionality.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps with design and enterprise architecture teams for telecom capabilities (SIM management, number management, porting, billing).
• Recruit and onboard managers and team members to strengthen capabilities and delivery.
