Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Atlanta seeks a senior software development leader to guide multiple teams delivering scalable systems and platforms that support telecom operations and customer experiences.

You will align technical roadmaps with enterprise architecture, oversee vendor relationships, and recruit and mentor managers and engineers working with Java and Spring Boot in cloud-native environments (AWS, Kubernetes, TKE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Required)
• 7+ years experience in IT/Software development (Preferred)
• 7-10 years Experience of developing large scale business systems applications (Preferred)
• 2-4 years Management experience with programming staff on large projects (Preferred)
• More than 10 years Overall IT experience (Preferred)
• Analytical thinking, collaboration, leadership, and software development lifecycle expertise (Required)

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software development teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Define continuous improvement initiatives across technical disciplines
• Oversee vendor relationships to enhance product functionality
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps in collaboration with design and enterprise architecture teams
• Recruit and onboard managers and team members
• Lead delivery execution for SIM management and billing platforms
• Provide leadership across cloud-native environments (Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes, Splunk)
