Job summary
T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a senior cloud/solutions architect to design, implement, and deploy scalable software, cloud, and identity solutions. You will collaborate with engineers to shape software architectures using microservices, public cloud, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
The role emphasizes technical leadership, architecture design, and influencing technology decisions to improve operations and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or higher with 7+ years related experience.
- Advanced degree with 5+ years related experience acceptable.
- 7-10 years of technical engineering experience required.
Responsibilities
- Drive engineering projects to deliver software and infrastructure solutions meeting requirements.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers and influencing decisions.
- Evaluate and apply technology strategies aligning with business goals.
- Develop architecture improvements for existing systems and processes.
- Produce clear technical documentation and architecture descriptions.
- Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
