Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
• 7-10 years experience building large-scale business systems
• 2-4 years management experience leading multiple projects
• More than 10 years of IT experience

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software development teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Define and implement continuous improvement initiatives across technical disciplines
• Oversee technical vendor relationships to enhance product functionality
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for telecom capabilities (SIM management, number management, porting, billing)
• Recruit and onboard qualified managers and team members
• Lead delivery for SIM management from production readiness to launch
• Provide leadership across cloud-native environments (Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes, Splunk)
