You will coach engineers, oversee architecture reviews, and drive best practices, CI/CD, and cloud-native delivery. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with people leadership.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end services or platforms.
• Hands-on coding before moving into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, operation, and improvement of an engineering product or domain.
• Set sprint plans and accountability for operational results.
• Coach and manage software engineers; review code and architecture as needed.
• Partner with leaders on standards, architecture, and cross-discipline delivery.
• Hire, onboard, and manage performance; drive incident response and improvements.
• Identify leadership or capacity needs as the team grows.
