T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join the engineering team supporting the T-Mobile for Business Order Management Platform in Atlanta, GA.

The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices, managing cloud infrastructure on Azure/AWS, and ensuring robust API performance for ET platforms. You will provide technical leadership, mentor onshore and offshore developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related work experience or advanced degree with 3+ years
• 4-7 years of technical engineering experience
• Strong leadership and collaboration across distributed teams
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud and MongoDB deployments

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable microservices
• Ensure API-first design with high availability, security, and performance
• Develop automation for order flows and lifecycle management
• Build event-driven systems and integrate with other systems
• Manage cloud deployments on Azure with scalability and resilience
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to onshore and offshore developers
