You will manage budgets and vendor relationships, promote best practices, and translate complex technical concepts to senior leadership while supporting career development and a culture of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in IT, 2+ in leadership.
• Preferred: IT-related bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team, set goals, and provide growth feedback.
• Define architecture and drive delivery from concept to production with high standards.
• Champion AI-assisted development and agentic tooling adoption.
• Partner with business sponsors to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Manage department finances, vendor relationships, and tool investments.
• Improve processes and governance across the IT organization.
• Communicate delivery progress to senior leadership.
