Job summary

Williams seeks an IT Architect V to design and govern AI architectures, translating business needs into scalable patterns and roadmaps. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement reference architectures, ensuring security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across cloud platforms.

You will mentor colleagues, drive adoption of reusable AI solutions, and collaborate with cybersecurity, data governance, and product teams in a fast-paced energy tech environment in Tulsa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years' developing software systems and IT experience.
• Preferred: twelve (12) years' experience and prior oil/gas industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical governance with the facilitation of the creation/modification of technical standards, models, application tiers, and reference architectures.
• Leads technical consulting and collaborates with development teams to facilitate solution design and drive roadmap-aligned architecture enhancements.
• Translates business requirements into repeatable design strategies, systems qualities and patterns.
• Develops current and target state architecture blueprints with transition roadmaps and incremental sequencing.
• Researches, evaluates, and recommends technologies aligned with Williams strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Partners with cybersecurity, identity and data governance teams to ensure AI architectures comply with security, privacy and regulatory requirements.
