You will mentor engineers, run architecture reviews, and drive agile practices while maintaining hands-on craft. A 6–9 year background in software engineering and a Bachelor's degree are expected, with a hybrid work setup and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of software engineering experience with progression into technical leadership.
• Experience in technology consulting is required and you know how to tailor solutions for clients.
• Fluency across backend APIs, frontend, cloud infra, and data systems; multi-language exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams in a player-coach capacity — code review, technical decisions, and team development.
• Architect and deliver full-stack, cloud-native solutions across software and data domains.
• Champion AI-native delivery practices: AI workflows, quality gates, human oversight on critical paths.
• Facilitate design sessions, architecture reviews, and client-facing whiteboarding.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and drive agile delivery with outcome focus.
• Build relationships with client tech leads and project sponsors, translating tradeoffs to business terms.
