Job summary

UDig seeks an Associate Engineering Consultant for an entry-level role combining software development and client exposure. Recent graduates or engineers with up to 2 years’ experience will build real solutions, guided by mentorship and growth paths.

You’ll contribute to full‑stack apps, write clean code, and participate in agile ceremonies while exploring AI-assisted workflows and daily problem solving within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of software engineering experience or internships/co-ops.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to learn quickly and grow across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to full-stack project teams delivering enterprise solutions.
• Write clean, testable code across backend and frontend layers.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, planning, demos).
• Engage in code and design reviews and apply best practices.
• Build client-facing communication of progress and results.
• Explore AI-assisted development tools with team guidance.
