The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional software development experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and an active Top Secret clearance. This full‑time, on‑site role offers mentorship to junior engineers and opportunities to shape critical government‑facing software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
• Experience with software development methodologies, testing, and debugging.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative technical team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
