Cintel, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer Subject Matter Expert to provide technical leadership in designing, developing, testing, and implementing software solutions that support complex mission requirements at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of software development experience, plus an active Top Secret clearance. You will mentor junior developers, review code, and collaborate with engineers and analysts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
10+ years of professional software development experience.
Active Top Secret security clearance.
Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
Extensive experience with software development methodologies, testing, and debugging.
Strong understanding of software architecture and system integration.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications and systems.
Analyze complex technical requirements and develop effective software solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
