Chime is seeking a Senior Engineer to provide technical leadership for our Trust & Safety platforms. You will steer architecture, design scalable systems, and mentor a growing team to deliver secure, high-performance services for our members.

You’ll partner with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to ship impactful features, while maintaining reliability and observability. This role requires on-call rotation and a track record of shipping at scale.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience at scale.
• Experience as technical lead coordinating cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Drive technical design and architectural decisions, mentoring engineers and fostering collaboration.
• Lead multiple projects, owning key initiatives while supporting broader team efforts.
• Build and maintain robust, low-latency APIs and backend services for Trust & Safety platforms.
• Become domain expert on platform architecture and provide technical decisions.
