Job summary

HealthEZ is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Architect to couple hands-on software development with solution design and technical leadership. You will own technical direction for teams, guide offshore developers, review code, and contribute production-grade solutions within HealthEZ architecture standards.

You will lead planning, create design artifacts, and make decisions that balance delivery with architecture goals, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional software engineering with design & leadership.
Hands-on C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core experience; coding is expected.
Experience directing technical direction for products, projects or teams.
Strong experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, SQL Server, Azure, Azure DevOps, Git/PR workflows, CI/CD.
Experience with Angular and/or React and external platforms integration.
Experience with offshore or distributed development teams preferred.

Responsibilities

Own solution design and technical decisions for assigned team or workstream.
Translate requirements into designs for components, APIs, data flows, and integrations.
Lead technical planning, identify risks, sequencing, and key decisions.
Create architecture diagrams and technical docs for development and support.
Contribute to development, review code, troubleshoot issues, and guide offshore teams.
Ensure security, observability, and testing align with standards.
