The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a software field and 4+ years of development experience, plus prior senior/managerial experience and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Gather requirements, produce functional/technical specs, and plan estimates.
• Ensure designs are scalable and integrate with existing environments.
• Perform full life-cycle development including testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Mentor other developers.
