Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software development in a distributed multi-tier environment.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages and strong documentation.
• Experience leading software projects and SDLC responsibilities.
• 3-5+ years as Lead software engineer or technical lead.
• 5+ years with C#/.NET development.
• 5+ years web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery).
• 2-3+ years Angular 2+ or similar frameworks.
• 5+ years with Microsoft SQL Server / RDBMS.
• 3+ years with Entity Framework.
• 3+ years API development.
• Experience with service-oriented architectures, Git and TFVC, and Visual Studio 2017+.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and SOLID principles.
• Understanding of OOP and SOLID principles.

Responsibilities

• Complete all phases of the SDLC.
• Facilitate meetings, interviews, and research during the project lifecycle.
• Coach business users on future business processes.
• Ensure project team end results fulfill business needs.
• Lead test environment design, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
• Provide backup to IT Manager duties when necessary.
• Mentor team members in technology and business processes.
• Coordinate with IT Director/Manager on planning and resources.
• Engage with external consultants as needed.
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices.
