SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™ is seeking a Senior or Lead Software Engineer to join a small, experienced team responsible for business-critical applications and systems. The role combines hands-on development with data analysis across C#/.NET applications, SQL Server databases, and system integrations.

You will develop and maintain applications, troubleshoot issues across code and databases, and work directly with internal stakeholders to understand

Qualifications

Strong commercial experience with C# and modern .NET.
Strong SQL Server skills with complex data.
Experience developing or supporting business-critical applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills across code and databases.
Ability to understand business processes behind technical systems.
Comfortable working hands-on within a small development team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET and SQL Server.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues across both application and database layers.
Work with complex relational and transactional data.
Understand how data flows between different systems and identify underlying issues.
Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and solve problems.
Take ownership of technical issues through to resolution.
Help improve the resilience and maintainability of existing systems.
