Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret U.S. Security clearance.
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java and/or C++.
• 3+ years of experience leading software development projects.
• 1+ years of MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning of software development tasks including design, coding and testing.
• Translate system requirements into software requirements and models.
• Oversee risk, issues and mitigation actions throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead code reviews to ensure alignment with requirements and standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and interface with various programming languages.
• Support Agile processes including standups, sprints and user stories.
