Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, MO, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer (Level 5) to drive interdisciplinary system-of-systems design and verification for Phantom Works. You will coordinate with IPTs, production, testing, suppliers and customers throughout the lifecycle. Required: a B.S.

in engineering or related field and 14+ years of experience; strong 3D CAD skills (NX, Catia, CADD). Travel up to 10% and ability to obtain U.S. security clearances is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 14+ years related work experience or equivalent
• Experience with 3D solid modeling software (NX, CATIA, CADD)

Responsibilities

• Lead activities to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
• Define system performance requirements and ensure compatibility of interfaces across disciplines.
• Lead analyses to optimize system architecture, affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability and other quality factors.
• Develop and monitor requirements management processes, risk, issues and technology readiness assessments.
