Job summary

Rocket Lab USA in Littleton, CO seeks a Senior Software Engineer I - Customer Solutions to act as the key interface between space software customers and engineering/management teams. You will support Business Development with deliverables for leadership, boards, and investors.

You will work with the engineering team to provide technical support, develop interactive demonstrations, generate proposals, and help attract new business while coordinating with BD and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in an engineering role within the aerospace industry.
• US citizenship is required due to program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers with the engineering team.
• Develop interactive product demonstrations of Rocket Lab's space software products.
• Generate proposals for new business opportunities with BD and engineering teams.
• Lead efforts to attract new business to established products and monitor performance.
