Job summary

Rocket Lab in Littleton, CO seeks a Senior Software Engineer II – Customer Solutions to bridge between customers and Rocket Lab’s engineering teams. You will support Business Development with deliverables for leadership and investors, and develop interactive demos of space software products.

You will also generate proposals, lead opportunities, monitor performance, and help shape pricing, product documentation, and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
8+ years of professional aerospace engineering experience.
US citizenship is required due to program requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to space software customers with engineering teams.
Develop interactive demonstrations of Rocket Lab's space software products.
Generate proposals for new business opportunities with cross-functional teams.
Lead efforts to attract new business to Rocket Lab's established products.
Monitor business performance and forecast demand with finance and executives.
Collaborate on marketing materials with Communications and Business Development.
