Job summary

Based out of Rocket Lab's site in Littleton, CO, the Senior Software Engineer – Customer Solutions is a key interface between Rocket Lab’s space software customers and the engineering and management teams.

In this role you will support the Business Development organization with deliverables for internal leadership, build interactive demonstrations of our space software, and generate proposals with engineering partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline is required.
• Master’s degree in aerospace or related field is preferred.
• US citizenship is required due to ITAR/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers with the engineering team.
• Develop interactive demonstrations of Rocket Lab’s software products.
• Generate proposals for new business opportunities with BD and engineering.
• Lead efforts to attract new business to established products.
• Monitor business performance, forecast demand, and report to leadership.
