SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer to support development and integration for Government-owned and contractor-developed software aboard Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs). An Interim Secret Clearance is required and US citizenship is necessary for clearance eligibility.

The role requires experience with Java, Rust, C++, Python, Linux, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, plus leadership skills to guide engineering teams in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, science, or technical discipline required.
• 8+ years of software development experience preferred.
• Experience with Java, Rust, C++, Python and Linux environments.
• Proficient in Jira/Confluence/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure, scalable software architectures for USV systems.
• Collaborate with H62 Mission Autonomy Lead to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Drive agile development cycles and prioritize high-impact tasks.
• Support vendor platforms, payloads, and sensors integration.
