Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer to support DoD projects on USVs.

You will design secure, scalable software and lead cross-functional teams across Java, C++, Rust, and Python, while integrating with diverse sensors and platforms under an Interim Secret Clearance. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Mission Autonomy Lead, steering agile cycles, and translating complex requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in networking and protobuf.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and managing high-performing software development teams.
• Bachelor of Science in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline is required.
• Interim Secret Clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure, scalable software architectures and integrate with hardware platforms.
• Collaborate with the H62 Mission Autonomy Lead to manage agile cycles and translate operational requirements into technical specs.
• Establish technical baselines and prioritize high-impact development tasks.
