Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer to support development and integration of Government-owned and contractor-developed software aboard Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs).

The role requires an Interim Secret Clearance, Java, Rust, C++, Python, Docker, Linux, and Agile skills; you will collaborate with the H62 Mission Autonomy Lead to deliver secure, scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a technical field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and ability to drive teams.
• Experience with secure, scalable architectures.
• Experience with C++, Java, Python, and Rust.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, scalable software architectures for USVs.
• Collaborate with H62 Mission Autonomy Lead to manage agile cycles.
• Translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
• Establish technical baselines and prioritize high-impact development tasks.
• Integrate vendor platforms, payloads, and sensors.
