Signify Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a collaborative team responsible for the design, delivery and operation of distributed, business-critical systems. You will work on high-impact, large-scale applications leveraging .NET/Java, cloud platforms, and modern tech.

The role emphasizes strong software fundamentals, full-stack capabilities, and experience with distributed architectures, CI/CD, and observability tools to drive value-based care solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong foundation in software engineering: problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, concurrency.
• Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with at least one programming language (.NET, Java, etc).
• Experience using full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of RDBMS such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience with distributed systems design, implementation and operation at scale.
• Strong experience with cloud vendors: Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Clear and effective communication.
