Job summary

Signify Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade software powering clinician experiences and clinician performance management. The role involves architecting large-scale distributed systems, setting technical direction, and mentoring teams for reliable, scalable outcomes.

You will deliver iterative, value-driven releases while collaborating across the organization and adopting leading-edge technologies in cloud and front-end/backend stacks.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering: problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, concurrency.
• Experience as a polyglot software engineer with multiple languages: C++, C#, Java, Golang, Javascript, Typescript, Python.
• 6+ months using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude).
• Experience with full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of RDBMS like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
