Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering secure, scalable software in distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of security, performance, and reliability principles.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive best practices.
Responsibilities
- Participate in prioritization with Product/Business stakeholders.
- Own delivery tasks from design to deployment including testing and documentation.
- Drive architecture decisions and maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex production issues.
