Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer (DevOps) to design, build, and operate enterprise AI platforms across public and private clouds in a fast-moving environment. You will collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and security partners to enable scalable, reliable AI services, while driving automation, observability, and governance to power AI initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native systems in enterprise environments.
• Experience in public and private cloud environments.
• CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Support production AI, ML, data platforms or large-scale systems.
• Strong MLOps understanding and ML lifecycle management.
• Monitoring, observability, telemetry, logging, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate enterprise AI platforms for ML workloads.
• Engineer scalable solutions across cloud environments with security and reliability.
• Automate onboarding, deployment, operations, and lifecycle management for AI.
• Develop infrastructure, tooling, and services for model training, evaluation, deployment, and governance.
• Implement and enhance MLOps for repeatable, scalable AI development workflows.
• Maintain observability solutions including telemetry and drift detection.
• Support production AI platforms and improve reliability and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enable platform adoption and fast delivery.
