Mastercard is seeking a Principal AI Infrastructure Engineer to lead the AI infrastructure roadmap for Mastercard’s on‑premise private cloud, aligning with enterprise AI priorities and governance frameworks. You will translate business and data science needs into scalable platform capabilities supporting predictive ML and Generative AI at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Experience owning infrastructure roadmaps and delivering in on-premise or private cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data science workflows, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures and their infra needs.
• Strong product thinking balancing user needs, technical feasibility, cost, and platform evolution.
• Proven experience running RFIs/RFPs and vendor negotiations.
