Job summary

Trusted Space is seeking a Software Developer with a bachelor’s degree or higher and 8+ years’ experience to join our team. Candidates will design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using C++20 or Rust.

The ideal candidate has experience with object-oriented design, debugging, and optimizing complex systems, and works effectively in a collaborative, agile development environment. Ideal candidates have Windows and Linux experience, UI development, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related.
• 8+ years in software engineering or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Rust or C++ (preferably C++20 or newer).
• 3+ years of experience with Python.
• Experience with user interface development.
• Ability to work in both Windows and Linux environments (Mostly Linux).

Responsibilities

• Supports product milestone objectives to include software development in a collaborative unclassified environment.
• Assists in the review and evaluation of systems and software for adherence to government or commercial directives, standards, guidelines, and criteria concerning software safety and systems safety.
• Able to lead small high performing team of developers across the full software development lifecycle
• Comfortable contributing to applications across a wide spectrum on languages and frameworks.
