HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will analyze requirements, select technologies, and ensure scalable, secure systems while following industry best practices.

The role is remote with onboarding via Trailhead, HealthEquity’s immersive program, and occasional onsite sessions at the Draper, UT headquarters. Collaboration with Product Owners, analysts, designers, testers, and architects is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other Technical Field; 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with relational databases and software development best practices.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL, and modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Analyze and select technologies meeting user needs while following best practices.
• Write clean code adhering to requirements, standards, and security.
• Drive shift-left testing with automated unit testing and integrate testing across lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and upgrade software and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with Product Owners, analysts, designers, testers, and architects.
• Maintain and grow technical skills and collaborate with peers.
