Job summary

Hone Health is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join a remote‑first engineering team. You will develop, enhance, and maintain core applications built with C#/.NET, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability for a fast‑growing health platform.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering leaders, design end‑to‑end solutions, mentor peers, and contribute to best practices across the software lifecycle. This full‑time role offers equity and remote‑first benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years production experience with C# / .NET (Core) and SQL Server (or Azure SQL).
• Hands-on API design and development experience with Swagger and Postman.
• Mastery of development tooling (Visual Studio, Git, etc)
• Comfortable with Entity Framework and Razor pages
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to boost productivity and automate tasks
• At least 3 years experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with React/Angular/Vue frontend frameworks
• Strong lifecycle practices: source control, testing, security, maintainability
• Able to work independently and in paired programming settings
