Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to improve the pharmacy experience through scalable backend and full-stack solutions. You will work on systems from prescription intake to fulfillment, enabling partners and clinicians with robust workflows.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in high-volume production environments, strong Rails and TS/JS skills, and a track record building resilient architectures. This is a full-time role with extensive benefits and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience in a high-volume environment.
• Deep background in Backend or Full Stack technologies (Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, PostgreSQL).
• Experience building scalable, maintainable systems and ML-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescriptions for fulfillment using automation and efficient manual workflows.
• Configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows for partners to enable business growth.
