Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software for Abbott Cancer Diagnostics. You'll mentor junior engineers, make key technical decisions, and ensure software quality with minimal supervision.

You will work within a cross-functional team to develop, enhance, and sustain systems following design controls and best practices, with opportunities to influence architecture and deployment across locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and full understanding of software development design and development.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and modern software practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-based frameworks (Azure, AWS) and relational databases.
