Grupo QuintoAndar is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a remote-first role in Brazil. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape our software products, own the full lifecycle from design to deployment, and mentor engineers to uphold high code quality.

Qualifications

Experience with Agile development practices (Scrum or Kanban).
Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript.
Strong DB design and evolving architecture.
Experience designing RESTful APIs and scalable systems.
Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and performance tracking.
Solid fundamentals: version control, testing, deployment automation, code reviews.
Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve product and solve complex software issues.
Work with Agile methodologies and participate in ceremonies to improve processes.
Own software lifecycle from definition to production and maintenance.
Mentor engineers and enforce high code quality through reviews.
