Grupo QuintoAndar is seeking a Data Engineer Specialist to design, build, and maintain a robust, scalable data platform and end-to-end pipelines that empower analysts and data scientists to deliver insights and drive strategic decisions.

You will shape data modeling, governance, and self-service capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders while aligning with a data-driven culture in a remote-first Brazil-based team.

Qualifications

• Specialist in Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Hive, MapReduce) and languages (YAML, Python).
• Experience with Airflow, Spark, AWS and Databricks.
• Strong software engineering foundation for data-centric systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high-performance data platform and scalable data pipelines.
• Design data models and transformation workflows ensuring data quality.
• Oversee code lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, and security.
