Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience designing and operating production systems.
• Hands-on experience with real-time, low-latency platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed event-driven architectures.
• Proven experience building highly available, fault-tolerant services at scale.
• Experience adopting AI-assisted development tools in the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to architect and launch new user-facing features and products.
• Design and drive initiatives to improve the availability and reliability of backend systems.
• Continuously help improve the engineering processes and tools that allow us to scale the codebase and team.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced engineers.
• Travel occasionally to support customer deployments and onsite implementations.
