Realtor.com® is seeking a collaborative Senior Software Engineer to join our RDC Plus team. You will help build innovative solutions across the real-estate ecosystem, empowering millions of home buyers, sellers, and agents with reliable, scalable experiences.

Define architecture, drive technical decisions for complex features, mentor engineers, and partner with product and stakeholders to ship high-impact software from ideation to release.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software architecture, design and development.
• Experience with backend APIs or full stack development.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud (AWS) infra as code.
• Experience with relational and document databases.
• Frontend web or app development experience.
• Experience with agentic AI code generation is a plus.
• Data-driven, outcome-oriented with rapid shipping and learning.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering or related field or equivalent.
